The project's objectives include empowering target groups with leadership skills and developing and updating formal and non-formal education curricula for Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Russia's teachers professional growth and training.

The project's output include a multidisciplinary advanced education module program that combines pedagogy, sociology, psychology, law, economics and management aspects, as well as a professional development program called "Teachers as Leaders".

In order to increase teacher collaboration and innovation in their professional environment, both programs will increase the effectiveness of the process of leadership preparation and professionalization.

Another result of the project is the creation of a Leadership Center, a platform for developing and promoting community-oriented proposals and programs.
